What B2B sales data tools cost in 2026: 25 tools, published prices

Comparison

The short answer

B2B sales data tools use five pricing models: per seat (Apollo, Lusha, Kaspr, Sales Navigator), per account with unlimited users (Hunter, Leadfeeder), per identified company (Leadinfo, Salesfeed, Albacross, Snitcher), per credit or action (Clay), and quote-only (Cognism, ZoomInfo, Lead Forensics). Entry prices published on the vendors' own pages run from free plans at Apollo, Lusha, Kaspr, Hunter, Leadfeeder and Clay, through roughly 30 to 80 euros or dollars a month for most self-serve tools, to 735 euros a year for Companyweb and contracts reported around 15,000 dollars a year and up for ZoomInfo. The table below lists more than twenty tools with their published entry price, and links to our detailed pricing page where we have one.

Every price was read on the vendor's own website on 30 September 2026, unless marked otherwise. Bizzy is in the list; read its line with that in mind.

The five pricing models, and what to check

  • Per seat. Cost grows with headcount. Check minimum seats (Apollo's Organization plan needs three, Cognism packages include five) and whether admins count.

  • Per account. One price for the whole team (Hunter, Leadfeeder, Salesfeed Professional). Check the limits that replace seats: credits, mailboxes or identified companies.

  • Per identified company. Visitor tools charge by the number of companies they recognise each month. Check the band you land in during your busiest month, not your average.

  • Per credit or action. Check what one credit buys: a phone number costs 8 credits at Apollo, 5 at Lusha. Check whether unused credits roll over; at Apollo they do not, at Clay they partly do.

  • Quote-only. Ask for the renewal terms in writing. ZoomInfo and Cognism contracts run for a fixed term, and buyer sites report long notice periods before automatic renewal.

Four things that change the real price

  1. Currency and VAT. Apollo, Lusha and Clay price in dollars; most European tools in euros, usually excluding VAT, which some pages do not state at all.

  2. Annual versus monthly. Annual billing saves 10 to 30%, but ties you in for the year; check the notice period, often 30 days before renewal.

  3. Refunds. Hunter, Apollo and Clay state that fees are non-refundable when you cancel.

  4. Coverage. A cheap tool that does not know your market costs more in wasted time. For Belgian prospects, test a sample of your own accounts, including small companies, before you buy.
