The short answer
Kaspr and Bizzy answer different questions. Kaspr is a contact tool: a Chrome extension that reveals a person's email address and phone number on LinkedIn, priced in euros from a free plan to EUR 99 per user a month, and part of Cognism. Bizzy is a European company-data platform: Belgian register data, other European countries through Creditsafe data, buying signals and a lead generation agent that decides which companies to work, with contacts attached to the companies. If you already know who you want to reach and need their details while you browse LinkedIn, Kaspr is the shorter path. If you sell to European SMEs and the hard part is knowing which companies exist, which fit and when to contact them, Bizzy is built for that job.
Bizzy is our product. Every Kaspr figure below comes from Kaspr's own website, checked on 23 September 2026, with sources linked. This is not legal advice.

What each is built on
Kaspr describes itself as "the go-to (super user-friendly, too) prospecting tool for SMBs and individual contributors", and says it "is part of Cognism" (Kaspr). Its data page claims 200 million-plus European B2B contacts, "Powered by 120+ verified data sources and providers", and use by more than 10,000 sales teams (Kaspr data). The core of the product is the Chrome extension: you open a prospect's LinkedIn profile and reveal their email address or phone number with credits.
Bizzy starts from the company. It builds its Belgian company data from the official registers, then adds company websites, LinkedIn profiles, job openings tracked through PredictLeads (plus VDAB vacancies in Belgium), and credit scores and limits from Creditsafe (Bizzy). For every other country, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom among them, the company data is supplied through Creditsafe (Bizzy). Contacts sit on the company record; Bizzy publishes no count of them.
The difference matters most for small companies. A LinkedIn-first tool works on the people you can find on LinkedIn. A register lists every company, whether or not anyone who works there has a profile. Of the 2,027,758 Belgian companies in our database, 131,137 have a LinkedIn company page. How that shapes what each kind of tool can see is set out in why international prospecting tools miss Belgian SMEs.
Contacts and phone numbers
This is Kaspr's home ground. Its free plan gives 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month. Starter, at EUR 45 per user a month on annual billing or EUR 59 monthly, gives unlimited B2B email credits and 100 phone credits, plus Kaspr on Sales Navigator and up to 12,000 exports a year. Business, at EUR 99, gives 200 phone and 200 direct email credits, Kaspr on LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, API access and up to 30,000 exports a year. Subscriptions renew monthly (Kaspr pricing). It lists 4.4 out of 5 from more than 750 G2 reviews on its homepage.
Bizzy attaches decision-maker contacts to company records and pushes them into your CRM, and phone numbers can be added through Prospeo (Bizzy integrations), but it publishes no contact or phone-number count. If your outbound is mostly calling people you have already picked, Kaspr's published credits are the clearer offer; test Bizzy's contact coverage on your own segment before you rely on it.
Companies, signals and timing
This is Bizzy's home ground. For a Belgian company the record carries the enterprise number, legal form, NACEBEL codes, four years of filed financials from the National Bank, directors, ownership and a Creditsafe credit score. Bizzy tracks seven signal types, including hiring surges, funding rounds, leadership changes and website visits, and lets you set alerts on them (Bizzy Signals). Its lead generation agent takes your ideal customer profile in plain language and delivers a prioritised list every week (Bizzy).
Kaspr's pricing page lists lead management, enrichment automations and CSV enrichment, but no company-level signals or company search built on registers (Kaspr pricing). It is designed to be used once you know who to look up.
Integrations and workflow
Kaspr connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho, and to lemlist and Zapier (Kaspr integrations). Its pricing page lists no email sequencing, so you pair it with a sequencer.
Bizzy pushes company and contact records into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teamleader Focus and Odoo, and into lemlist and La Growth Machine for sequences, with a Chrome extension and an API (Bizzy integrations). Teamleader Focus, a Belgian CRM, and Odoo are not on Kaspr's integration page. Bizzy does not send outreach itself either.
Compliance and data location
What Kaspr says. Kaspr SAS has its registered office in Paris. Its privacy policy says personal data is processed within the UK, the EU and the EEA "as far as possible", with standard contractual clauses for providers outside it (Kaspr privacy policy), and its data page says data is "collected in compliance with the GDPR" (Kaspr data).
Where Bizzy stands. Its company data comes from the official registers for Belgium and from Creditsafe for every other country; data is primarily stored on servers in the EU, and do-not-call cross-checking is available for Belgium and the Netherlands (Bizzy GDPR).
What it means for you. Whichever tool you use, you are the controller for your outreach. In Belgium, promotional email to a named person generally needs consent; the rules per country are in our overview of cold outreach rules in Europe.
Pricing
Kaspr publishes its prices in euros: Free, Starter at EUR 45 and Business at EUR 79 per user a month on annual billing (EUR 59 and EUR 99 on monthly billing), and Enterprise on quote (Kaspr pricing). Bizzy does not publish prices: Core is a free start without a credit card, and Boost and Scale are on request (Bizzy pricing). That makes Kaspr easier to compare on a spreadsheet, and we say so; the trade is that Bizzy prices a company universe, signals and an agent rather than credits per reveal.
Verdict per use case
Reps who live in LinkedIn and need contact details now: Kaspr. The extension is the shortest path from profile to phone number, in euros, with a free plan.
Recruiters: Kaspr, whose Business plan works on LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
European SMEs and mid-market, Benelux first: Bizzy. Register-based company coverage in Belgium, filed financials, vacancies and signals, and an agent that builds the list.
Teamleader or Odoo as CRM: Bizzy, which lists both.
Both: Bizzy to decide which companies to work, Kaspr to fill contact gaps on the people you pick. Keep one suppression list across both.
