Apollo.io pricing 2026: plans, credits and what Belgian teams should know

Comparison

The short answer

Apollo.io costs 49, 79 or 119 dollars per seat per month on annual billing for Basic, Professional and Organization, or 65, 99 and 149 dollars monthly; Organization needs at least three seats. There is a free plan with 75 credits per seat per month. Credits are the real price driver: an email address costs 1 credit, a phone number 8, and credits do not roll over. Prices exclude taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you give 30 days' notice, and Apollo's terms say payments are non-refundable. For Belgian and Dutch teams, two points matter most: several features are US-only, and Apollo's GDPR protections for EU residents are settings your admin has to switch on.

Everything below comes from Apollo's own pricing page, credits page, terms and help centre, read on 30 September 2026. Bizzy competes with Apollo for some teams; read our alternatives with that in mind.

"Prices exclude any applicable taxes." Source: apollo.io/pricing. Add-ons: Inbound (website visitors, form enrichment, routing) and Advanced Dialer (international and parallel dialling) cost 119 dollars per team per month on annual billing or 149 dollars monthly each.

What a credit buys

  • Email: 1 credit per contact.

  • Phone number: 8 credits, whether mobile, direct or office.

  • Enrichment: 1 to 8 credits. AI research: 1 credit per run.

  • US dialer: 1 credit per 30 seconds; international dialling varies by region.

  • No rollover. "Credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle and do not roll over if unused." Extra credits are bought with a slider in your settings; Apollo does not publish a price per credit.

A worked example: Basic on annual billing gives one seat 2,500 credits a month. Spent only on phone numbers, that is about 312 numbers a month; spent on emails, 2,500 addresses.

What is US-only

Apollo's own pricing page labels several features as US-only: the included dialer is the "US Dialer", and the Inbound add-on identifies "Contacts (US only)" behind website visits, while company-level identification is global. Reviewers also report that contact data outside the US, and phone numbers in particular, are less reliable. For Belgian prospecting, test a sample of your own accounts before buying seats.

Contract terms

  • Renewal. "Each Subscription Term will automatically renew for an additional period equal to the expiring Subscription Term unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end".

  • Refunds. "Subscriptions are non-cancelable during the Term and all payments by you are nonrefundable." Apollo refunds the prepaid remainder only if it breaches the contract and does not cure it, or terminates for convenience.

  • Self-serve changes. The help centre says upgrades apply immediately, downgrades apply immediately without refund for the current cycle, and cancellations take effect at the end of the plan term.

GDPR for Belgian and Dutch teams

Apollo describes its data as coming from a network of users who connect their inboxes and CRMs, third-party providers and crawled public web data. It is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant, and its data processing agreement uses the EU standard contractual clauses for international transfers; EU hosting is not stated. Its GDPR protections, which block prospecting, emailing or tracking of EU residents, are opt-in settings that your admin must enable, according to Apollo's own help centre. As the user, you remain responsible for having a legal basis and informing the people you contact. What you may send in the Benelux covers the rules.

Reviews

G2 shows 4.7 from 9,838 reviews, Capterra 4.5 from 398 and Trustpilot 3.1 from 1,339 (30 September 2026). The recurring complaints are outdated contacts, credits running out faster than expected and uneven support.
