Best B2B data providers in Belgium (2026): 12 compared on price and data
Comparison
The short answer
For sales and marketing teams that need to find, qualify and reach Belgian companies, Bizzy is the most complete option: Belgian register data, contacts, vacancies, website visitors and CRM pushes in one workspace, with a free start. For a lower-priced Belgian list tool, Trends Top (from 300 euros a year). For credit checks and monitoring, Companyweb (from 735 euros a year) and GraydonCreditsafe (on quote) are the established names. For company data by API or in bulk, Data.be (from 19 euros a month) and CompanyData (from 34 euros a month). For named contacts and mobile numbers across Europe, Cognism or Apollo. To see which companies already visit your website, Leadinfo. Almost every serious Belgian provider starts from the same three free public sources; the difference is what they add and how you get it out.
Bizzy is our product; read our verdicts on it with that in mind. Every price below comes from the vendor's own website, read on 30 September 2026, as published, with VAT treatment noted where the vendor states it.
Why Belgian business data is unusually good
Belgium publishes more about its companies than most European countries, and three sources carry almost everything. The Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/CBE) holds every company's identity, legal form, activities and establishments. The National Bank's Central Balance Sheet Office holds the filed annual accounts. The Belgian Official Gazette publishes every incorporation, appointment and restructuring. All three are free. A provider's value is therefore not access to the registers but what it adds: contacts, signals, scores, integrations, and the speed at which you get from a question to a list.

Sales prospecting on Belgian register data
Bizzy starts from the Belgian registers: each legal entity carries its KBO identity, NACEBEL codes, establishments, four years of National Bank figures (revenue only where it was filed), Official Gazette publications, directors and ownership group tree. On top come contacts with verification per channel, vacancies from company websites (via PredictLeads) and VDAB, company-level website visitor identification powered by Snitcher, a lead generation agent and native pushes to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, Teamleader Focus and Odoo. Other European countries are covered through Creditsafe data. Plans are CORE, BOOST and SCALE with a free start and no credit card; prices are not published. Where it is weaker: no published count of phone-verified mobiles, so teams that live on direct dials pair it with a contact provider, and it is built for sales teams rather than credit control.
Trends Top (Trends Business Information, part of Roularta) is a do-it-yourself Belgian company database with contacts per department, lookalike analysis and territory tools. Consult costs 300 euros a year, Marketing and Finance 620 euros each, Business 1,050 euros; the pricing page does not say whether VAT is included. Exports beyond the included credits cost 55 cents per contact, and a login cannot be used by two people at once except on Business. The site moved to trendstop.knack.be.
Qantara is a French-first platform for SME financial analysis built on National Bank accounts, with a small leads module. Découverte is free, monthly follow-up 39 euros a month and Pro Prospection 59 euros a month, excluding VAT; lead credits cost 0.20 to 0.25 euros per contact. Prospecting is secondary to financial scoring, and it only covers companies that file accounts.
Credit, risk and compliance
Companyweb processes the National Bank, Official Gazette and KBO data daily and adds payment experience data, a health score and alerts on status, score and address changes. Basic costs 735 euros a year, Standard 985 and Premium 1,235, all excluding VAT and billed yearly; Basic and Standard monitor 50 companies, Premium 250. Bulk export is an add-on (250 euros a year for 1,000 company profiles), and there are plugins for Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo and Dynamics 365 among others. It is built for checking and following companies rather than for contact data: the people it shows are directors. Since January 2025 Companyweb has been owned by Altares Dun & Bradstreet, which its own site does not mention (Altares).
GraydonCreditsafe sells credit reports, scores, monitoring and compliance checks, with prospect lists as a module sized per plan (from 500 prospects on Basic to 10,000 on Enterprise). Prices are a fixed yearly rate on quote. Its Belgian Trustpilot profile shows 4.3 from 77 reviews (30 September 2026).
Altares Dun & Bradstreet is the Dun & Bradstreet partner for the Benelux: enterprise credit risk, compliance, D-U-N-S master data and D&B Hoovers for sales, with over 70 trigger alerts. No public prices or trial; it is sold as an enterprise contract.
Lists, bulk data and APIs
Data.be is a Brussels company database and API built on KBO, the Official Gazette, the National Bank and social security data. Starter costs 19 euros a month billed yearly (120 company profiles a year), Professional 29 and Business 59, excluding VAT; a free basic API returns name, type and address for a VAT number. API integration and multi-user access are on Enterprise only, and there are no people-level contacts.
CompanyData is an Amsterdam-based global aggregator with a self-serve list platform, bulk datasets and an API. Starter starts from 34 euros a month billed yearly (2,500 profiles a year), up to Scale at 479 euros a month; credit bundles start at 90 euros for 100 credits. Profiles include a CEO name, email and phone. It publishes the Belgian ranking in which it places itself first.
Ad Hoc Data sells self-serve Belgian address lists on KBO data plus a partner web dataset, from 199 euros for 2,500 credits excluding VAT. It has no named contact-person field, only company-level email and phone, so it is a mailing-list tool rather than a decision-maker database. Its Dutch Trustpilot profile shows 4.7 from 261 reviews.
Contact data and website visitors
Cognism sells verified emails and phone-verified mobiles across Europe, with intent data from Bombora. No public price; Standard and Pro each include 5 seats, which rules out solo users. Capterra shows 4.7 from 263 reviews, Trustpilot 2.8 from 391 (30 September 2026).
Apollo.io is a US all-in-one prospecting and outreach platform with a free plan and paid plans from 49 dollars per seat a month billed yearly (excluding tax). Its data comes from a contributor network, third parties and web crawling, not from Belgian registers; some features, such as visitor contacts, are US only. Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 1,339 reviews.
Leadinfo identifies the companies behind your website traffic and shows decision-makers at those companies. Starter costs 69 euros a month billed yearly (99 euros monthly), with the price rising by the number of companies identified; its own estimate is that trials identify around 30% of traffic. Visitor identification tools for the Benelux compares it with the alternatives.

What to check before you sign
Contact depth. Directors from the Gazette are not decision-makers with an email address. Ask how many named contacts with a verified channel the provider holds for your segment.
Revenue claims. Most small Belgian companies do not have to file revenue. A provider that shows revenue for every company is estimating; ask which figures are filed.
Export and seats. Several providers cap exports or seats per plan; check the numbers against your team.
Do-not-call screening. For calling, the provider should flag numbers on the Belgian do-not-call list (Bel-me-niet-meer). The rules are in the cold outreach rules.
Prices and VAT. Compare on the same unit: per year or per month, per user or per account, with or without VAT.
