The short answer
ZoomInfo does not publish prices. In its own words, "ZoomInfo pricing is based on the following criteria: features and functionality, number of licenses and credit usage." Third-party pricing guides, not confirmed by ZoomInfo, put its entry package at around 15,000 dollars a year for a few seats, mid-tier packages at roughly 25,000 to 30,000 dollars, and the top tier at 40,000 dollars or more, with credits capped per year and extras such as intent data and API access sold on top. Contracts run for a fixed term and cannot be cancelled early except for breach. There is a free Community Edition, paid for with your own data rather than money. For Belgian and Dutch teams, the more relevant question is coverage: reviewers repeatedly say ZoomInfo is strongest in the US.
ZoomInfo's pricing page blocked automated access when we checked on 30 September 2026, so the figures below that are not from ZoomInfo's own pages are labelled as third-party estimates.
What ZoomInfo sells, and what it reportedly costs
Package (as reported) | Reported price per year | Reported credits per year | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|
Professional | About 15,000 dollars | About 5,000 | Contact and company search, CRM integration, enrichment |
Advanced | About 25,000 to 30,000 dollars | About 10,000 | Intent data, buying signals, website visitor identification |
Elite | About 40,000 dollars or more | About 15,000 to 25,000 | Deeper org charts and technographics, premium support |
Copilot (AI add-on) | Reported per seat on top of a package | n/a | Buying signals, target accounts, buying groups, AI emailer, dialer |
Third-party estimates from pricing guides, which disagree with each other on exact figures; treat them as directional. The package names Professional, Advanced and Elite appear on ZoomInfo's own training site. Reported extras include credit overages without rollover, additional seats, intent data and API access.
The free Community Edition
ZoomInfo's free tier needs no credit card and includes contact and company search, work emails, direct dials and mobile numbers, limited saved searches, list export and a browser extension. It excludes buyer intent, full CRM integrations, the API and the newer workspace products. The catch, in ZoomInfo's own words: "You are not paying with money; you are paying with data." Users contribute contacts from their own email inbox in exchange for credits. For European users, that raises its own GDPR questions about sharing your contacts' data.
Contract terms
Fixed term. The agreement runs for the initial term in the order form and cannot be cancelled early except for an uncured material breach or by mutual agreement.
Refunds. ZoomInfo refunds prepaid fees pro rata only when the customer terminates for ZoomInfo's uncured breach.
Renewal notice. Buyer-advice sites consistently report a 60-day written notice to avoid automatic renewal into another year. We could not confirm that clause in ZoomInfo's published licence terms, so check your own order form.
Data, Europe and GDPR
ZoomInfo says it sources data "from across the web using advanced technologies, niche third-party providers, community contributors, and a robust research team", and that it adheres to GDPR and CCPA, with SOC 2 Type II. It publishes no Europe-specific coverage figures on the pages we could reach. Reviewers repeatedly name weaker data outside the US, outdated contacts and slow support; Capterra shows 4.1 from 322 reviews and Trustpilot 1.8 from 339 (30 September 2026).
2025 and 2026 news
In May 2025 ZoomInfo changed its Nasdaq ticker from ZI to GTM and now calls itself a go-to-market intelligence platform.
Press reports describe a reduction of about 6% of staff in June 2025 and a restructuring of roughly 20% of headcount in May 2026.
On 30 September 2026 ZoomInfo announced the acquisition of DoubleO.ai.
