Cognism pricing 2026: what it costs when there is no price list

Comparison

The short answer

Cognism does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists two packages, Standard and Pro, each with 5 seats included, and a credit model in which one credit reveals one contact; everything else goes through a sales call. Third-party procurement data, cited by several pricing blogs and not confirmed by Cognism, puts the median annual contract at roughly 33,000 to 36,000 dollars, with reported deals from about 18,000 to 94,000 dollars. There is no self-serve trial; you can request a free sample of 25 leads. If you want Cognism's data at a published price, its sister product Kaspr starts free and costs from 45 euros per user per month on annual billing (59 euros monthly).

Everything below comes from Cognism's own pages, read on 30 September 2026, unless it is labelled as third-party. Bizzy competes with Cognism in parts of the market; read our alternatives section with that in mind.

How the credits work

A credit is spent when you reveal, enrich or export a contact. Viewing a contact you already revealed costs nothing; the same contact only costs a credit again if their details change, for example after a job move. Credits work across prospecting, enrichment and the API. Cognism's pricing page does not publish rollover rules or top-up prices; those are part of the contract.

What teams report paying

Because there is no price list, most figures online come from procurement platforms and resellers. These are third-party numbers, not Cognism's:

  • Procurement data from Vendr, cited by several blogs, gives a median annual contract of roughly 33,000 to 36,000 dollars across around a hundred purchases, and a range of about 18,000 to 94,000 dollars.

  • Other blogs describe per-seat prices plus a platform fee under older package names (Grow and Elevate, previously Platinum and Diamond). Those names do not match the Standard and Pro packages on Cognism's site today, so treat them as out of date.

What you can take from this with confidence: with five seats in every package and quote-only pricing, Cognism is built for teams, not for one person buying a tool with a card.

What you get for it

  • Diamond Data. Cognism's phone-verified mobile numbers. It claims more than 10 million phone-verified contacts globally, a 45% correct-person pickup rate against 18% for unverified numbers, and that 95% of director-level contacts are refreshed every 30 days.

  • Do-not-call screening. Cognism screens its phone data against DNC registers in the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Sweden and Belgium. The Netherlands is not on that list.

  • Intent data from Bombora Company Surge, on Pro.

  • Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and others.

Cognism does not publish contact counts for Belgium or the Netherlands specifically.

Trial, contract and privacy

  • Trial. No self-serve trial. Cognism offers a free sample of 25 leads matching your ideal customer profile, delivered within 48 to 72 hours, or a demo.

  • Contract. Renewal, cancellation and price-change terms are not published; they are negotiated per contract.

  • Privacy. Cognism processes data on the basis of legitimate interest under GDPR article 6(1)(f), generally keeps data inside the European Economic Area, and is ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified and SOC 2 Type II compliant.

  • Reviews. G2 shows 4.5 from 1,370 reviews and Capterra 4.7 from 263; Trustpilot shows 2.8 from 393, where the complaints come mostly from people who were contacted, not from customers (30 September 2026).

Kaspr: Cognism's product with a price list

Cognism acquired the Paris-based Kaspr in April 2022. Kaspr reveals contact details from LinkedIn in a browser extension and publishes its prices in euros: a free plan, Starter at 45 euros and Business at 79 euros per user per month on annual billing (59 and 99 euros monthly), excluding VAT, and Enterprise on quote. If you want to try Cognism-group data before a sales process, Kaspr is the shortest route. Bizzy vs Kaspr covers it in detail.
