Leadinfo pricing 2026: what it costs and the alternatives

Comparison

The short answer

Leadinfo costs between 69 and 889 euros a month on annual billing, or between 99 and 1,159 euros on monthly billing. What you pay depends on how many companies Leadinfo identifies on your website each month, not on the number of visitors, and on the plan: Starter (up to 100 companies, 3 users), Scale (up to 5,000 companies, 10 users) or Pro (up to 5,000 companies, unlimited users). There is a free 14-day trial without payment details; the contract renews automatically with one month's notice. The cheapest alternatives are Salesfeed (from 58 euros a month) and Albacross (from 59 euros); Leadfeeder is the only one with a free plan.

All prices below come from the pricing pages of Leadinfo and the alternatives, read on 30 September 2026. Bizzy itself offers visitor identification, powered by Snitcher, inside a broader data platform; read our comparison with that in mind.

On request

Per month, first on annual billing, then on monthly billing. The pricing page does not say whether VAT is included. Source: leadinfo.com/en/pricing. An older price table in a pop-up on the same page still shows different amounts; the figures above are those of the plan cards and the full price table.

What drives the price

Leadinfo charges by the number of unique companies it identifies per month. A company that returns ten times counts once; traffic from internet providers does not count. By Leadinfo's own estimate it identifies about 30% of your website visitors. As an illustration: a site visited by some 1,000 different companies a month would, at that ratio, land around 300 identified companies, which is the Scale band at 209 euros a month on annual billing. After the trial Leadinfo sends a quote based on the companies identified during the trial. If you exceed your limit, Leadinfo keeps collecting leads but shows them only after an upgrade.

What each plan adds

  • Starter: real-time visitor identification, a database of decision-makers with LinkedIn, phone and email, automatic lead scoring, Google Ads integration. CRM integrations exist, but on Starter you send the data manually. 3 users.

  • Scale: automatic integration with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics among others, LinkedIn Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio, screen recordings kept 7 days, personas. 10 users.

  • Pro: Salesforce and Marketo, personal mobile numbers, screen recordings kept 14 days, a dedicated customer success manager. Unlimited users.

Add-ons such as Autopilot (email and LinkedIn automation) and Leadbot cost extra, per seat.

Contract, privacy and ownership

  • Term. The contract runs for the chosen billing period and renews automatically. On monthly billing you cancel with one month's notice; on annual billing one month before the end of the year. Dutch law (EULA).

  • Privacy. Leadinfo relies on legitimate interest, says it does not store IP addresses, hosts on AWS in Ireland and is ISO 27001 certified. You must mention Leadinfo in your privacy statement and processing register.

  • Owner. team.blue has held a majority stake since July 2022; in January 2026 Leadinfo acquired Canada's Visitor Queue, whose site now redirects to Leadinfo.

  • Reviews. G2 shows 4.3 from 836 reviews (30 September 2026).

Visitor identification (via Snitcher) inside a platform with Belgian register data, contacts and signals

RB2B, which often appears in English lists, identifies people only for US traffic; for visitors from Belgium and the Netherlands it identifies companies, like the rest. The full comparison for the Benelux is in website visitor identification tools compared, and Bizzy against Leadinfo in Bizzy vs Leadinfo.

Which to choose

  • Your website is your main lead source and you want to know who comes: Leadinfo or Salesfeed; Salesfeed if you want the lowest entry price and Dutch hosting.

  • You want to see what it produces for free first: Leadfeeder Lite, up to 100 companies a month.

  • You work entirely in HubSpot: look at Buyer Intent in your own portal first.

  • The website visit is one signal next to vacancies, leadership changes and register data: a platform with visitor identification built in, such as Bizzy.

What to check before you sign

  1. Identification rate on your traffic. Use the trial to see how many companies are actually identified; with many home workers and mobile visitors it is lower.

  2. The band after the trial. The price follows identified companies; plan for your busiest month.

  3. Users and integrations. Starter has 3 users and no automatic CRM integration.

  4. Notice period. Put the renewal date in your calendar.

  5. Privacy statement. Mention the tool, as every vendor asks; how visitor identification works explains what is processed.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Leadinfo cost per month? From 69 euros (Starter, up to 50 identified companies, annual billing) to 889 euros (Pro, 4,001 to 5,000 companies); on monthly billing from 99 to 1,159 euros. Above 5,000 identified companies on request.

Is Leadinfo free? No, but there is a free 14-day trial without payment details. Of the known tools, only Leadfeeder has a lasting free plan (Lite, up to 100 companies a month).

Can I cancel Leadinfo monthly? On monthly billing yes, with one month's notice. On annual billing you cancel one month before the end of the period; otherwise the contract renews automatically.

What is a cheaper alternative to Leadinfo? Salesfeed starts at 58 euros and Albacross at 59 euros a month on annual billing; Snitcher at 49 dollars. Leadfeeder has a free plan.

Does Leadinfo show who visits my website? It identifies the company, not the person who came to your site. It then shows decision-makers at that company, but that is not necessarily who clicked.
