The short answer
HubSpot Sales Hub has a free tier for up to two users and three paid editions priced per seat, excluding VAT. Starter costs 7 euros per seat per month on annual billing or 20 euros on monthly billing. Professional costs 90 euros per seat per month on annual billing, or 100 euros if you pay monthly, still with a one-year commitment, plus a required one-time onboarding fee of 1,470 euros. Enterprise starts at 150 euros per seat per month, billed annually, plus 3,420 euros of onboarding. Only people who edit need a paid seat; view-only seats are free. For a five-person sales team, year one runs from 420 euros on Starter to 6,870 euros on Professional. Subscriptions renew automatically, and you cannot cancel mid-term for a refund.
Prices below come from HubSpot's euro pricing pages, its Product and Services Catalog and its Customer Terms of Service, read on 30 September 2026. All prices exclude VAT.

Source: HubSpot's Sales Hub pricing page in euros. The free tools are limited to 1,000 contacts, according to HubSpot's catalog. The seat figures match the dollar page, but onboarding does not: 1,470 and 3,420 euros against 1,500 and 3,500 dollars.
HubSpot's Customer Platform page currently advertises up to 65% off Starter for new customers, for a limited time, and HubSpot's catalog, which is in dollars, lists Sales Hub Starter at 20 per seat per month. Seven is exactly 65% below 20. HubSpot's terms allow it to raise fees at renewal up to its catalog list price, with 30 days' notice, so budget year two at 20 euros per seat unless your order form fixes the renewal price.
HubSpot Credits pay for AI agents such as the Prospecting Agent. They reset monthly and do not roll over; extra credits cost 0.010 dollars each, a rate HubSpot quotes in dollars even on its euro pages.
Core seats, Sales Seats and view-only seats
Core Seat. Gives access to the products you bought, the Breeze assistant and the Smart CRM. On Starter, every user needs one.
Sales Seat. Needed for full Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise functionality, and includes Core Seat access. This is the 90 or 150 euro seat.
View-only seat. Lets someone look at the account without changing anything, at no cost. Fine for a manager who only reads dashboards.
Since 5 March 2024, new customers buy Sales Hub per seat with no seat minimum. If you mix editions across hubs, all your Core Seats are priced at the highest edition you own.
The jump from Starter to Professional
Per seat, Professional costs almost thirteen times the annual Starter price (90 against 7 euros) and five times the monthly one (100 against 20 euros). On top come the 1,470 euro onboarding and a one-year commitment. What the money buys, per HubSpot's comparison table:
Sequences: not listed on Starter; Professional allows 5,000 sequences per account and up to 500 email sends per user per day.
Automation: 50 workflows with restricted triggers on Starter, 300 fully customisable workflows on Professional.
Forecasting, custom reports, playbooks and lead scoring: Professional only, with up to 100 custom reports, 5 playbooks and 5 lead scores.
Calling and coaching: 500 calling minutes on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, plus call transcription and coaching tools.
Pipelines: up to 15 per account on Starter, up to 100 on Professional.
Support: email on Starter, plus phone on Professional.
Enterprise adds deal splits, pipeline approvals, lead form routing and up to 1,000 workflows.
Smart CRM and the Customer Platform bundles
Two other HubSpot price lists are easy to confuse with Sales Hub. The Smart CRM is the database under every paid hub, included with any of them and also sold alone for people who manage data and reports without the sales tools. The Customer Platform bundles every hub at one edition.
Product | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
Smart CRM Professional | 45 euros per seat per month | 49 euros per seat per month | 3,000 credits |
Smart CRM Enterprise | From 75 euros per seat per month | - | 5,000 credits |
Customer Platform Starter | 7 euros per seat per month | 20 euros per seat per month | All hubs at Starter, 500 credits |
Customer Platform Professional | 1,283 euros per month | 1,430 euros per month | 6 seats, extra Core Seats from 45 euros, 5,000 credits |
Customer Platform Enterprise | From 4,610 euros per month | - | 8 seats, extra Core Seats from 75 euros, 10,000 credits |

Contract terms
Commitment. Starter can be paid and committed monthly. Professional paid monthly is still a one-year commitment, and Enterprise is billed annually.
Auto-renewal. "Your subscription will automatically renew for the shorter of the same duration as your prior term or one year." To stop it, you turn off auto-renewal in the Account and Billing section before the end of the current term.
Cancellation and refunds. You "may not cancel your subscription prior to the end of your Current Term", and HubSpot does not refund prepaid or unused fees for that term.
No mid-term downgrade. Downgrades wait for the next renewal.
Renewal price. HubSpot may raise fees at renewal up to its then-current list price, with at least 30 days' notice.
Tax and law. All fees are exclusive of taxes. A Belgian customer contracts with HubSpot Ireland Limited, under Irish law and the Irish courts.
A worked example: five seats
Setup (excl. VAT) | Year one | Following years at today's prices |
|---|---|---|
Starter, 5 seats, annual | 420 euros | 420 euros, up to 1,200 euros at list price |
Starter, 5 seats, monthly | 1,200 euros | 1,200 euros |
Professional, 5 Sales Seats, annual | 6,870 euros (5,400 plus 1,470 onboarding) | 5,400 euros |
Professional, 5 Sales Seats, paid monthly | 7,470 euros (6,000 plus 1,470 onboarding) | 6,000 euros |
Professional, 3 Sales Seats plus 2 Core Seats, annual | 5,790 euros (4,320 plus 1,470 onboarding) | 4,320 euros |
Enterprise, 5 Sales Seats | 12,420 euros (9,000 plus 3,420 onboarding) | 9,000 euros |
The mixed row gives two people who update records but do not run sequences a Professional-level Core Seat, priced at 45 euros on the Smart CRM page; confirm that price in HubSpot's calculator. No total includes extra credits.
When HubSpot is worth it, and when something else fits better
HubSpot earns its price when marketing and sales share one database, when you want sequences, forecasting and reporting in one tool, and when you expect to add other hubs later. It is expensive for a small team that only needs a pipeline.
Pipedrive is a pipeline-first sales CRM at 14 to 79 euros per seat per month on annual billing, with no onboarding fee advertised. See what Pipedrive costs.
Teamleader Focus combines CRM with quotes, time tracking and invoicing, which suits Belgian service companies that want one tool for the whole order cycle. See Teamleader Focus pricing.
Odoo is an all-in-one ERP with a CRM app, and one app is free with unlimited users. See what Odoo CRM costs.
All options side by side: the best CRM for Belgian SMEs.
Whichever edition you choose, a CRM is only as useful as the company records inside it. Bizzy shows Belgian company data from the KBO register, the filed accounts at the National Bank of Belgium and the Belgian Official Gazette, and pushes those companies into HubSpot, keyed on the enterprise number. You decide per field whether Bizzy overwrites a value or only fills an empty one, and it never touches deals or pipeline. How Bizzy completes Belgian company records in HubSpot walks through the setup.
