The short answer
Five CRMs have a plan that is free with no end date. HubSpot covers up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts. Salesforce Free Suite allows a maximum of 2 users. Zoho CRM Free covers 3 users. Odoo One App Free gives unlimited users, but only one app, so a pipeline without quotes or invoices. Bitrix24 Free comes with a basic CRM and 5 GB of storage. Pipedrive and Teamleader Focus have no free plan, only 14-day trials. The catch is the same everywhere: an extra user, follow-up automation, custom reports or invoicing moves you to a paid plan. The first paid step costs 7 euros per seat per month at HubSpot on annual billing, 14 euros at Zoho, 19.90 euros at Odoo in year one and 25 euros at Salesforce.
Limits and prices come from each vendor's own pricing pages, read on 30 September and 1 October 2026. Prices are per user per month excluding VAT; Bitrix24 prices per organisation, and Salesforce does not state a VAT basis.

The five free plans, and the catch in each
HubSpot
HubSpot calls its free CRM "100% free with no expiration date" for up to two users and 1,000 contacts, with deal pipelines, forms, email marketing and dashboards. A third salesperson needs paid seats. Starter includes 50 workflows with restricted triggers; sequences, forecasting and custom reports need Professional, at 90 euros per seat per month plus 1,470 euros of one-time onboarding. HubSpot currently advertises a Starter discount for new customers, so check the renewal price. Details in HubSpot Sales Hub pricing in euros.
Salesforce Free Suite
Next to its 30-day trials, Salesforce has Free Suite: accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities, customisable reports and dashboards, case management and up to 100 marketing emails a month, for a maximum of two users. It stays free with no expiration limit "as long as you log in regularly". Support runs through a chat bot. Starter Suite, at 25 euros per user per month, adds automation and lead routing; forecasting and quoting start at Pro Suite, 100 euros on annual billing.
Zoho CRM Free
Zoho's Free edition is the only one here for three users. It includes contact management, workflow automation, up to 10 email templates, standard reports, 5,000 API calls a day and up to 10 data exports. Standard, at 14 euros per user per month on annual billing, adds assignment rules, multichannel follow-up cadences, custom reports and dashboards and sales forecasting.
Odoo One App Free
Odoo is the only free plan without a user limit: one app, as many users as you want, on Odoo Online. The limit is the word "one". The CRM app covers leads, the pipeline and activities; quotes need the Sales app and invoicing another app. Install a second app and every paying user moves to Standard. Details in what Odoo CRM costs.
Bitrix24 Free
Bitrix24 bundles a basic CRM (deals, contacts) with tasks, calendars, chat and 5 GB of storage. Its price card presents Free as "for 1 to 2 users", while its FAQ says you can add an unlimited number of users; ask Bitrix24 before you plan on more than two. Telephony and Bitrix24 Market apps need a paid plan. Basic costs 49 euros per organisation per month on annual billing for five users and adds sales pipelines, recurring deals and email integration.
Pipedrive and Teamleader Focus: trials, not free plans
Pipedrive has no free version: every plan starts with a 14-day trial with full access and no credit card, then Lite costs 14 euros per seat per month on annual billing or 24 euros monthly (see Pipedrive pricing). Teamleader Focus has the same trial and no free plan. It is priced from two users, so the smallest SMART account costs 50 euros a month on annual billing, with 25% off the first invoice, and includes quotes, invoices and Peppol sending (see Teamleader Focus pricing).
When a free CRM stops being enough
Users. HubSpot and Salesforce stop at two, Zoho at three. One more hire moves the team to a paid plan.
Follow-up automation. Automated follow-up sequences are paid: Zoho Standard, HubSpot Professional, and Salesforce Starter Suite for automation and lead routing.
Reporting and forecasting. Zoho Free has standard reports only. Forecasting starts at Zoho Standard, HubSpot Professional and Salesforce Pro Suite.
Invoicing and Peppol. Since 1 January 2026, structured e-invoicing is compulsory for nearly all invoices between Belgian VAT-registered businesses. Among these tools, Peppol is documented for Teamleader Focus (sending from SMART, receiving from GROW) and Odoo (in its Invoicing app). Teamleader has no free plan, and on Odoo's free plan you get CRM or Invoicing, not both. Otherwise invoicing stays in your accounting software.
Support. Salesforce Free Suite users get a chat bot; standard support is for paid editions. HubSpot adds email support on Starter and phone support on Professional.
Which free CRM fits which team
Two people who want to start today: HubSpot or Salesforce Free Suite.
Three people: Zoho CRM Free.
A larger team that only needs a pipeline: Odoo One App Free, with unlimited users, as long as quotes and invoices stay elsewhere.
A Belgian team that wants quotes, invoices and Peppol in the CRM: skip the free plans and compare Teamleader Focus and Odoo Standard in the CRM guide for Belgian SMEs.
Selling in the Netherlands: check the link to your Dutch accounting package first; see CRM for SMEs in the Netherlands.
A free CRM still starts empty
Free or paid, a CRM holds whatever someone typed in or imported from an old spreadsheet, and that ages fast. Bizzy shows Belgian company data from the KBO register, the National Bank of Belgium (filed accounts) and the Official Gazette, and covers the Netherlands and other countries through Creditsafe data. It integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teamleader Focus and Odoo, pushing new companies and contacts or completing existing records, with a choice per mapped field between overwriting and filling only empty values. It does not integrate with Zoho CRM or Bitrix24. Bizzy also has a free start; see Bizzy pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Which CRM is completely free? HubSpot (2 users, 1,000 contacts), Salesforce Free Suite (2 users), Zoho CRM Free (3 users), Odoo One App Free (one app, unlimited users) and Bitrix24 Free have plans with no end date, each with limits.
Is HubSpot CRM really free? Yes, with no expiration date, for up to two users and 1,000 contacts. Starter costs 7 euros per seat per month on annual billing or 20 euros monthly, excluding VAT.
Do Pipedrive and Teamleader have a free version? No. Both offer a 14-day trial without a credit card. Then Pipedrive starts at 14 euros per seat per month and Teamleader Focus at 25 euros per user, priced from two users, both on annual billing.
Can a free CRM send Peppol invoices? Not together with the CRM. Odoo's one free app can be Invoicing, which handles Peppol, but CRM plus Invoicing needs Standard. Teamleader Focus sends Peppol invoices from SMART, its first paid plan.
