CRM for SMEs in the Netherlands: eight systems compared on price (2026)
Comparison
The short answer
A CRM for a Dutch SME costs between nothing and forty euros per user per month, and the difference is not the price but three questions: does the system also do quotes and invoices (Teamleader, Simplicate, Odoo), is it a pure sales system (Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, HubSpot Sales Hub), or is it a platform you grow into (Salesforce, HubSpot). For a sales team of two to ten people that mainly wants to know whom to call this week, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM are the cheapest full options. For an SME that also wants invoices, Peppol and time tracking, Teamleader Focus. Anyone who wants to start free can at HubSpot (two users), Zoho (three users) and Odoo (one app, unlimited users).
Bizzy is not a CRM; it supplies the company data, contacts and signals you put into a CRM, and connects to most of the systems below. Read our remarks on those integrations with that in mind. All prices come from the vendors' pricing pages, checked on 28 September 2026, excluding VAT.

Sales CRMs: Pipedrive and Zoho CRM
Pipedrive is built around the pipeline and stays close to it. Lite (14 euros) is leads, deals, contacts and calendar; Growth (39 euros) adds email sync, bulk email and automation; Premium (59 euros) lead scoring, AI email tools and e-signatures. No minimum number of users. The weakness mirrors the strength: quotes, invoices and projects happen somewhere else.
Zoho CRM is the cheapest full option on this list: free up to three users, Standard 14 euros, Professional 23 euros with automation and AI, Enterprise 40 euros. The price is sharp because Zoho sells dozens of other apps and the CRM is the door. Expect to need or replace those other apps at some point.
All-in-one for SMEs: Teamleader, Simplicate, Odoo, Tribe
Teamleader Focus is the Belgian-Dutch standard for companies that want CRM, quotes, time tracking and invoices in one tool, including Peppol invoicing. Three packages: SMART, GROW (recommended up to ten employees) and FLOW (multiple pipelines and entities). The pricing page shows GROW for two users at 24.75 euros per user per month in year one on annual billing, after a 25% discount on the first invoice and a 17% annual discount; 50% off from the sixth user. Boosters (project management 35 euros, lead capture 20 euros, shared inbox 50 euros a month) come on top per account. Fourteen days free.
Simplicate targets service firms that invoice projects and hours: Organize 24.50 euros, Rise 26 euros, Optimize 27 euros per user per month, calculated on five users, up to 15% discount on annual billing. The CRM part is solid but not the core; choose it when project administration is your biggest pain.
Odoo is the outlier: one app free with unlimited users, and for 19.90 euros per user per month on annual billing (24.90 monthly) all apps, from CRM to accounting and inventory. For a company heading to one system anyway, that is the lowest price per function on the list. The flip side is set-up: Odoo does everything, so you make the choices a specialised CRM already made for you.
Tribe CRM is the successor of PerfectView, one of the oldest Dutch CRMs. Essential 39 euros per user per month on annual billing (44 euros quarterly) with a minimum of two users, Advanced 69 euros with projects and support, Ultimate 79 euros from five users with AI agents and a customer portal. Pricier than Pipedrive or Zoho, with invoicing and email marketing built in and Dutch support.
Platforms: HubSpot and Salesforce
HubSpot starts free for two users and Starter from 7 dollars per seat per month on annual billing (20 dollars monthly), the cheapest paid entry on this list. The jump is at Professional: 90 dollars per seat plus 1,500 dollars of mandatory onboarding. HubSpot publishes its prices in dollars; convert yourself. Bizzy pushes lists and visitors straight into HubSpot as segments.
Salesforce starts at Starter Suite for 25 euros per user per month with sales, service and marketing together, and runs through Pro Suite (100 euros, annual) to Core (195 euros) and beyond. Choose it when you know that in three years you will have customisation, several teams and an administrator; do not choose it when you mainly need a pipeline.
What to check as a Dutch SME
Peppol and e-invoicing. If the CRM also invoices, it must send and receive Peppol. Teamleader does; check the rest.
Link to your accounting. Exact, Twinfield, e-Boekhouden, Moneybird: check the integration before you sign, not after.
Getting company data in. A CRM is as good as what is in it. See whether it can import or connect KVK data, contacts and signals; Bizzy connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics, Teamleader and Odoo.
Minimum users and notice period. Tribe asks for two, Simplicate calculates on five; annual contracts are the norm at the platforms.
Where the data lives. Ask for the data centre and the processing agreement; for Dutch personal data, EU storage is the easiest answer to the GDPR question.
Which to choose
Two to ten salespeople, pipeline only: Pipedrive or Zoho CRM.
SME with quotes, time and invoices in one: Teamleader Focus; Simplicate if projects are the core.
Everything in one system, accounting and inventory included: Odoo.
Dutch vendor with invoicing and support: Tribe CRM.
Start free and grow later: HubSpot or Zoho.
A sales organisation with an administrator in three years: Salesforce or HubSpot Professional.
