The short answer
Data enrichment tools do one of two jobs, and most teams need to know which before they compare prices. Contact enrichment adds email addresses and phone numbers for people (Lusha, Kaspr, Cognism, Apollo). Company enrichment adds what is true about the organisation: legal form, VAT number, activity codes, financials, directors, credit data (Companyweb for Belgium, Bizzy for Europe). Clay sits across both as a layer that orchestrates many providers. For a Benelux CRM two details decide more than the price list: whether the tool can match records on an enterprise or KVK number rather than a website domain, and whether it connects to Teamleader Focus, which none of the international contact tools here list.
Bizzy is our product, and it is in this list. Every other figure comes from the vendors' own websites, checked on 23 September 2026, with sources linked. This is not legal advice.
How we compared them
Five questions: what the tool enriches, how records are matched, what it costs as published, which CRMs it connects to natively, and where the data is stored. How to run an enrichment project without overwriting good data is in B2B data enrichment: what the register gives you.

The orchestration layer
1. Clay. Clay is a workspace that pulls enrichment from "150+ data partners" into spreadsheet-style tables, with waterfalls that try one provider after another until a field is filled, and syncs the result to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Dynamics 365 (Clay integrations). The free plan includes 100 data credits a month; Launch costs US$185 a month (US$167 on annual billing) with 2,500 data credits, and Growth US$495 (US$446 annual) with 6,000 (Clay pricing). Clay offers a DPA with standard contractual clauses on request and is based in New York (Clay privacy). It is the most flexible option here and the one that needs the most setup; waterfalls fix patchy coverage, but not a gap every provider shares. Clay vs Apollo goes deeper.
Contact enrichment
2. Cognism. The European contact specialist. Cognism does not publish prices; its plans are Standard and Pro with a sales conversation, and CRM enrichment is an add-on priced on volume. One credit reveals one contact (Cognism pricing). Its phone-verified "Diamond Data" is the reason most teams shortlist it. Its compliance page says it generally keeps data inside the EEA and lists ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and SOC 2 Type II (Cognism compliance). It connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics. More in Bizzy vs Cognism.
3. Lusha. A contact database with a browser extension and published prices: a free plan with 40 credits a month, then Starter at US$49.90 a month or US$37.45 on annual billing, with one credit per email and five per phone number (Lusha pricing). It publishes 42.8 million European contacts (Lusha data). Its privacy policy says data is stored on AWS in the United States (Lusha privacy policy), and on 14 July 2026 the Italian regulator fined it EUR 2 million and banned it from processing data about people in Italy (Garante, decision no. 542). The full picture is in Bizzy vs Lusha.
4. Apollo. Apollo combines a large contact and company database with waterfall enrichment across "20+ trusted data partners" and "65+ data points for every contact and account" (Apollo data). It has a free plan, and paid tiers are priced per user. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive; its Dynamics integration is in beta for selected users. It suits teams that want enrichment and sequencing in one tool; Apollo vs ZoomInfo covers the tiers and the European coverage question.
5. Kaspr. The French option, run by Kaspr SAS in Paris. It is built around a Chrome extension that works on LinkedIn, with prices in euros: Free with 15 B2B email and 5 phone credits a month, Starter at EUR 45 per user a month on annual billing (EUR 59 monthly) with unlimited B2B email and 100 phone credits, Business at EUR 99 with 200 phone credits, renewing monthly (Kaspr pricing). Its privacy policy says personal data is processed within the UK, the EU and the EEA "as far as possible" (Kaspr privacy policy). It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho.
Company enrichment
6. Companyweb. The Belgian specialist for financial and credit data. It enriches company records with status, a health barometer, credit limit, balance-sheet data and payment experience, and it has standard integrations with Teamleader, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho, Odoo, Exact Online and more (Companyweb integrations). Plans are published: Basic at EUR 735 a year, Standard at EUR 985 and Premium at EUR 1,235, excluding VAT (Companyweb pricing). Its privacy policy says its servers are in Belgium (Companyweb privacy policy). Its published plans do not include contact emails or phone numbers. Details in Bizzy vs Companyweb.
7. Bizzy. Bizzy enriches Belgian companies from the official registers and other European countries through Creditsafe data: for a Belgian company that means VAT and enterprise number, legal form, NACEBEL codes, four years of filed financials from the National Bank, directors, ownership and a Creditsafe credit score, plus decision-maker contacts and signals such as vacancies (Bizzy). Records push into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teamleader Focus and Odoo, and phone numbers can be added through Prospeo (Bizzy integrations). Data is primarily stored in the EU. Where it stops: Bizzy publishes no contact count, and no prices beyond a free start (Bizzy pricing).
The match problem, and why it is worse in the Benelux
Contact enrichers typically match a CRM record to their database by website domain or by company name. That works for companies with a website. Of the 2,027,758 Belgian companies in our database, 461,329 have a website on record, so a domain-first match can leave many small Belgian companies unmatched or matched to the wrong entity. Matching on the enterprise number, or the KVK number in the Netherlands, is exact, because every registered company has one.
The second trap is the group. One commercial company can sit on several legal entities, and the one that pays your invoice is not always the one with the website. A tool that enriches by domain enriches the brand; a tool that enriches by enterprise number enriches the entity. For credit checks and invoicing, you want the entity; company credit check covers why.

Frequently asked questions
What is data enrichment in a CRM? Adding missing or updated information to the records you already have: company data such as legal form, activity and financials, and contact data such as emails and phone numbers.
Which enrichment tools integrate with Teamleader? Of the tools in this list, Companyweb and Bizzy list a Teamleader integration. Clay, Cognism, Lusha, Apollo and Kaspr do not list one on their integration pages.
Is enriching contact data GDPR compliant? It can be, but the vendor's compliance does not transfer to you: you are the controller for how you use the data. Check the vendor's legal basis and data location, and inform the people concerned as Article 14 of the GDPR requires.
What is the cheapest way to start? Lusha, Kaspr, Apollo and Clay all have free plans; Bizzy has a free start. Test each on the same sample of your own records rather than on the vendor's demo data.
Should I enrich by domain or by company number? By company number where you can. In Belgium and the Netherlands every registered company has one, while many small companies have no website to match on.
