The short answer
AI SDR tools promise to do a sales development rep's job: find prospects, research them, write and send the outreach, handle replies and book meetings. They differ most on three things a European buyer should check first: whether outreach in Dutch, French or German is included in the plan you would buy, what the entry price really is (from US$99 to US$3,750 a month in this list), and whose data the agent prospects from. For a Benelux team the hard part is often not the sending but the list: an agent that prospects from a database of people finds the companies whose people are visible online, and can miss much of the SME market.
Bizzy is our product, and it is in this list, as a different kind of agent: it researches and prioritises companies but does not send. Every other figure comes from the vendors' own websites, checked on 23 September 2026, with sources linked. This is not legal advice.
How we compared them
What the agent does end to end, which channels it uses, what it costs as published, which languages it writes in, where its data comes from, and what it says about security and the GDPR. What an AI sales agent can and cannot do in general is covered in AI lead generation in the Benelux.

End-to-end AI SDRs
1. 11x (Alice). 11x states "$70M+ raised from a16z and Benchmark" on its homepage. Alice runs "multi-channel sequences across email, phone, chat, social networks, SMS and WhatsApp" and writes each message for the prospect (11x). Pricing is per new prospect, not per send: the Growth tier starts at US$3,750 a month on annual billing for up to five users and 2,000 new prospects a month, while Pro and Enterprise are quoted. Note the detail that matters in the Benelux: multi-language outreach, "105+ languages", is listed from Pro upwards, not on Growth (11x pricing overview). Its security page says it holds SOC 2 Type II and signs DPAs with all EU-based customers (11x security).
2. Artisan (Ava). Ava "covers the end-to-end outbound workflow, lead discovery, enrichment, campaign creation, autonomous replies, and scheduling" (Artisan). Its pricing page lists Team (around 2,500 leads contacted a month), Scale (around 6,000) and Enterprise, all with "pricing scoped on your plan", a 250 million-plus contact database and Salesforce and HubSpot sync (Artisan pricing). No price is published, and the pages we checked do not state which languages Ava writes in.
3. AiSDR. The most transparent on price: Solo at US$250 a month with no contract, Explore at US$900 and Scale at US$2,500, the latter two on quarterly contracts; there is no free trial (AiSDR pricing). It works across email, LinkedIn and phone, and says it can write "in any written language". It lists SOC 2 Type 2 and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework among its credentials (AiSDR). HubSpot sync is on every plan; Salesforce only on Scale.
4. Amplemarket (Duo). Duo builds a model of your likely customers from external signals and your CRM data, then creates multichannel sequences that can include email, calls, social steps and "a personalized voice note" (Amplemarket). The Startup plan is US$600 a month on an annual term for two users; Growth and Elite are quoted, and every plan has a free trial (Amplemarket pricing). It holds SOC 2 Type II and hosts on Google Cloud (Amplemarket security).
5. GojiBerry AI. The cheapest entry and the only one here that states it is "Made & Hosted in the EU". Its agents find leads from buying signals and lookalikes, enrich emails through a waterfall of more than 15 providers, and reach out by email and social. The Pro plan is US$99 a month for two AI agents and up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month, with a free trial; it connects to HubSpot and Pipedrive (GojiBerry AI). Y Combinator-backed; judge it on a trial.
Platforms with AI built in
6. Apollo. Not an autonomous SDR, but the tool many teams already use: a large contact database with sequences and AI features for researching prospects and drafting messages. It has a free plan, paid tiers are priced per user, and it works with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive (Apollo pricing). If you want AI assistance rather than an agent that runs on its own, it is the lower-risk step. Tiers are covered in Apollo vs ZoomInfo.
A research agent that does not send
7. Bizzy. Bizzy's lead generation agent takes your ideal customer profile in plain language, researches and qualifies companies continuously from Belgian register data and Creditsafe data for other European countries, and delivers a prioritised list every week, with the signal that makes each account timely (Bizzy). It does not write or send the outreach: companies and contacts go into your CRM or into lemlist or La Growth Machine for the sequence (Bizzy integrations). That split is deliberate. In our experience the list is often the weak link in the Benelux, and an agent is only as good as the companies it can see. Where it stops: if you want one tool that also sends, this is not it. How it combines with a sequencer is in Bizzy vs lemlist.
What changes for a European team
Language. Check the plan, not the product. 11x lists multi-language outreach only from its Pro tier, and four of the others do not state their languages on the pages we checked. Read any Dutch or French sequence before it goes out.
The list. Agents that prospect from a people database see companies whose people are visible online. Of the 2,027,758 Belgian companies in our database, 461,329 have a website on record and 131,137 a LinkedIn company page. The mechanism is in why international prospecting tools miss Belgian SMEs.
The rules. An AI agent sending cold email is still your cold email. In Belgium, promotional email to a named person generally needs consent; the rules per country are in our overview of cold outreach rules in Europe. Ask each vendor whether it checks do-not-call registers for the countries you target.
Verdict per use case
Well-funded team, high volume, several channels: 11x, on the Pro tier if you write in more than English.
Want a published price and a monthly start: AiSDR, or GojiBerry AI for the lowest entry.
Want signals, sequences and voice in one platform: Amplemarket.
Want AI help inside a tool you may already have: Apollo.
Selling to European SMEs, and the list is the problem: Bizzy for the research and the list, connected to the sequencer you already use.
What to check before you sign
A sample of real messages in your target language, for your segment.
Where the prospects come from, and how many of your own customers the agent can find.
Who approves messages before they go out, and whether you can require it.
Deliverability: whose domains and mailboxes the agent sends from.
The contract term. Several of these tools are billed annually or on quarterly contracts.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI SDR? Software that does the work of a sales development representative: finding prospects, researching them, writing and sending outreach, handling replies and booking meetings, with varying degrees of human review.
How much does an AI SDR cost? In this list, from US$99 a month (GojiBerry AI) to US$3,750 a month on annual billing (11x Growth), with AiSDR at US$250 and Amplemarket at US$600 a month. Artisan, and the upper tiers of 11x and Amplemarket, are quoted.
Can an AI SDR write in Dutch or French? Some can. AiSDR says it writes in any written language; 11x lists 105-plus languages from its Pro tier. The others do not state it on the pages we checked, so ask for samples.
Is an AI SDR GDPR compliant? The tool can be, but the outreach is yours. You remain the controller, and the national rules on cold email and calling apply exactly as they would to a human rep.
Does Bizzy send emails? No. Bizzy's agent researches and prioritises companies and contacts; the sequence runs in your CRM or in a tool such as lemlist or La Growth Machine.
