How to push companies, contacts and visitors from Bizzy to your CRM

Tips

The short answer

Bizzy pushes companies, contacts and website visitors into your CRM so that nobody retypes a company name or looks up an enterprise number by hand. Native integrations exist for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teamleader Focus and Odoo; Lemlist and La Growth Machine receive contacts for sequences; the Chrome extension and the API cover everything else. A push starts from a company record, a list or the Website Visitors screen, and every push is logged under Exports & pushes so you can see what went where. This page describes the three ways to push, what arrives in the CRM, and the checks that keep the CRM clean.

Three ways to push

1. From a company record

Open the company. The action bar at the top offers Compose message, Add note, Add to list, Add to play and Push to HubSpot (the button carries the name of the CRM you connected). One click sends the company to the CRM with its identity as Bizzy holds it, keyed on the enterprise or VAT number. Use this for the one-off: a company you just researched before a call.

2. From a list

Build the segment in Find leads (sector, size, region, filed figures, hiring, technology), save it as a list, and push the list. This is the way to fill a CRM with a whole target segment at once, and the way an agent keeps feeding it: an agent that finds new matching companies every week adds them to the list, and the list is what the CRM sees. Before you push a list of several hundred companies, read the checks below; a push is easy to do and tedious to undo.

3. From Website Visitors

On the Visitors or Companies view, each row has a push action. Push a company that showed High or Very high intent so that the visit, the pages and the timing are visible to the account owner in the CRM. The button shows a completed state once the company has been pushed, so you do not push the same visitor twice. How the identification itself works is described in how Bizzy identifies website visitors.

What arrives in the CRM

  • The company, with the registry identity (enterprise number or VAT number as the key), so that the same company is not created twice under two spellings.

  • Contacts you selected, with role, department and the channels available (email, phone, LinkedIn); Bizzy shows per channel whether it is verified, so check that before you push.

  • The context you chose to include: which list or agent the company came from, and for visitors the visit data.

For HubSpot and Teamleader, Bizzy can also work the other way round: take the VAT numbers already in the CRM and fill the empty fields from the register. That is a separate flow, described in enriching HubSpot on the VAT number and enriching Teamleader Focus on the VAT number.

Checks before a large push

  1. Agree the key. Enterprise number for Belgium, KVK number for the Netherlands, VAT number where the CRM already stores it. A CRM keyed on company name will duplicate.

  2. Decide who owns pushed records. A company that arrives without an owner gets called by nobody; see lead management for the assignment rule.

  3. Push the list, not the whole database. A CRM with ten thousand untouched companies is not a pipeline; push the segment your team can work this quarter.

  4. Check the legal basis per contact channel before you push contacts into a sequence tool; the rules differ per country, see the outreach rules for Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

  5. Look at Exports & pushes afterwards. It is where your exports and pushes are listed, so if a push looks wrong you know which records to clean.

No CRM yet? The best CRM for SMEs in Belgium compares six options, and Pipedrive pricing breaks down one of them.

Frequently asked questions

Which CRMs does Bizzy integrate with? HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teamleader Focus and Odoo natively; Lemlist and La Growth Machine for sequences; a Chrome extension and an API for the rest. Slack, Teams, Salesloft and Outreach are announced.

Does a push create duplicates in my CRM? Not when the CRM is keyed on the enterprise or VAT number, which is what Bizzy pushes as the identity. Duplicates arise when the CRM matches on company name only; agree the key before the first large push.

Can I push website visitors to my CRM? Yes, from the Visitors or Companies view, one action per row; the button shows when a company has already been pushed.

Can Bizzy enrich the companies already in my CRM? For HubSpot and Teamleader Focus, yes, on the VAT number; for other systems through the API or a CSV export and import.
