Best B2B databases and lead generation software for the Netherlands (2026): nine tools compared

Comparison

The short answer

For the Netherlands, the question to ask a data vendor is not how many companies it has, but whether its company records come from the KVK business register and how often they are refreshed. On that measure nine tools remain on Dutch sales teams' shortlists: Company.info for the deepest KVK link, DATA-collectief for a fixed number of records at a fixed price, CompanyData for register data through an API from 25 euros a month, GraydonCreditsafe Prospects for lists with a credit score attached, Bizzy for the Netherlands and Belgium in one workspace with signals, Ad Hoc Data for registrations plus website data, Cognism and Apollo for contact data, and Leadinfo for the companies already visiting your website.

Bizzy is our product; read our verdicts on it with that in mind. Figures come from the vendors' own websites, checked on 18 and 28 September 2026. If you also sell in Belgium, read the wider comparison of B2B databases for the Benelux.

Where Dutch company data comes from

The KVK business register held 2,599,668 establishments on 1 January 2026. Note the word: establishments, not legal entities. KVK sells access itself: a Dataservice connection costs 1,279 euros, an extract 9.60 euros, and there is a free open data set with basic details (KVK, in Dutch). What it does not contain: people's phone numbers and email addresses. Any tool that supplies those gets them somewhere else, and you need to be able to name that source if someone asks.

So the first question for every tool is: which part comes from the register, which from websites, and which from contact-data suppliers? The tools below are sorted on that question.

Built on the business register

Company.info is part of FD Mediagroep and an official KVK service provider, the strongest sourcing position in the Dutch market. It publishes more than 500 attributes per company and sells a portal, APIs, a KYC product and Marktview for audience selection. Read the prices closely: the portal separates viewing from exporting. Lite is 419 euros a year for 84 viewable and 1,800 exportable profiles, Business 1,034 euros for 240 and 4,200, Pro 2,079 euros for 720 and 12,600. Marktview, the product actually built for lists, starts at 6,480 euros a year for two users and 15,000 exports. Annual contract, two months' notice. Where it beats us: KYC, vehicle fleet data, corporate relationships and the FD's editorial context. The full comparison is in Bizzy vs Company.info.

DATA-collectief sells the Dutch market by the credit: 500 for 175 euros, 1,000 for 275, 2,500 for 475, 5,000 for 825. Straightforward if you know exactly how many records you need and they do not need refreshing. It does not publish where its data comes from; ask.

CompanyData takes the opposite approach: register data from 1,200 or more official sources in 200 countries, 375 million companies worldwide and 84 million in Europe, self-service from 25 euros a month. The cheapest entry if you want register data through an API and build yourself.

Built on registers plus credit information

GraydonCreditsafe has been the biggest name in credit information in the Netherlands and Belgium since Creditsafe acquired Graydon on 28 February 2022. Its sales product is called Prospects: 45 lead filters, including credit score and credit limit, group structure, years active and headcount, across more than 70 million company profiles in 12 countries, refreshed weekly and delivered as CSV or XLSX (GraydonCreditsafe, in Dutch). Prices are not online; packages are fixed annual prices with a one-week trial. Choose it when a prospect's creditworthiness is your first filter. How it relates to Bizzy is in Bizzy vs Creditsafe.

Bizzy is built on the official registers of Belgium, covers the Netherlands through Creditsafe data, and adds signals on top: vacancies, website visits, filings, job changes. For other European countries the company data also comes through Creditsafe data, not from the registers. The credit score and limit on a company record also come from Creditsafe; Bizzy issues no rating of its own. What you buy is the workspace: filters on SBI and NACE code, size, region or radius, technology and topic in website text, lists that go to HubSpot or your CRM, and an agent that delivers leads from signals. Where it is weaker: it publishes no verified mobile-number counts, so if phone numbers are your bottleneck, pair it with a contact-data provider.

Ad Hoc Data, based in Brussels, runs two selection tools, one on official registrations and one on AI-enriched website data, with 3.5 million or more profiles and more than 15,000 customer organisations. Bundle pricing, not published.

Contact data and website visitors

Cognism sells phone-verified mobile numbers and names the Benelux among its strongest regions. Apollo competes on volume and price, with a free plan and paid plans from 49 dollars per user per month billed annually. Both are crawl- or community-based rather than register data: test Dutch coverage on a sample of your own accounts. Both are covered in depth in B2B data providers in Europe compared.

Leadinfo does something different: it identifies the companies already visiting your website. Pricing runs from 49 to 499 euros a month on annual billing depending on how many companies it identifies, and it reports identifying roughly 30% of visitors. The five visitor-identification tools are compared in website visitor identification tools.

The Netherlands and Belgium in one database

Of the nine, only Bizzy and GraydonCreditsafe cover both countries in one system. Bizzy uses the Belgian registers, and Dutch companies through Creditsafe data, and adds the Belgian National Bank filings, contacts and signals; GraydonCreditsafe holds both registers and adds credit information. Company.info, DATA-collectief and CompanyData stop at the Dutch border; Cognism, Apollo and Leadinfo carry no register at all. If your team sells in both countries, that single fact decides more than any price difference; our Benelux comparison works it through per tool.

Which to choose

  • You want KVK depth and compliance from one supplier: Company.info, if you can live with the export ceilings.

  • You want a fixed number of records, cheaply, once: DATA-collectief.

  • You build yourself and want register data through an API: CompanyData.

  • Creditworthiness is your first filter: GraydonCreditsafe Prospects.

  • You sell in the Netherlands and Belgium and want to work from triggers: Bizzy or Ad Hoc Data.

  • Your bottleneck is phone numbers: Cognism, and buy the company database separately.

  • You want to know who is already interested: Leadinfo, or Bizzy if you want visitors in the same workspace as your list.

What to check before you sign

  • Source per field. Company data from KVK, but the phone numbers from where?

  • The unit. Establishments, legal entities and VAT numbers give very different totals for the same market.

  • The export ceiling, not the view ceiling. A prospecting workflow hits the export limit long before the view limit.

  • Refresh. In 2025, 194,057 establishments closed in the Netherlands, 7.5% of the register; a year-old file is dead on one row in thirteen.

  • Notice period. Annual contracts with two months' notice are common in this market and easy to miss.

Two Dutch sources behind most databases: SBI codes and annual accounts filed at the KVK.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best B2B database for the Netherlands? It depends on the job. Company.info for KVK depth and compliance, GraydonCreditsafe for lists with a credit score, Bizzy for the Netherlands and Belgium with signals in one workspace, CompanyData for register data through an API, Cognism for phone numbers. No single tool wins on every axis.

Which lead generation software uses the KVK business register? Company.info is an official KVK service provider. CompanyData builds its company records on official registers, the KVK register among them; Bizzy covers Dutch companies through Creditsafe data. GraydonCreditsafe combines registers with payment experiences. Ask every other tool where its Dutch company data comes from.

Is a phone number in the Dutch business register? No. A phone number in the register is not public data. Any tool that supplies numbers gets them from websites, directories or contact suppliers, and under Article 14 GDPR you must be able to name that source.

What does a B2B database for the Netherlands cost? From 25 euros a month (CompanyData, self-service) through 175 euros per 500 records (DATA-collectief) and 419 euros a year (Company.info portal) to 6,480 euros a year for Marktview. The large bureaus and Bizzy publish no price; ask for a quote and mind the notice period.
