Bizzy vs lemlist (2026): data or outreach, and how they fit together

Comparison

The short answer

Bizzy and lemlist do different jobs, and many teams use both. lemlist is an outreach platform: it sends and sequences email, LinkedIn messages, calls, SMS and WhatsApp, keeps your mailboxes out of spam, and adds a 650 million-plus lead database and AI agents on top. Bizzy is a European company-data platform: Belgian register data, other European countries through Creditsafe data, buying signals and a lead generation agent that decides which companies to work. If your problem is sending the right sequence at scale, lemlist is the tool. If your problem is knowing which European companies exist, which fit, and when to contact them, Bizzy is. Bizzy pushes companies and contacts straight into lemlist, so the choice is often not either-or.

What each does

lemlist runs the conversation. Its core is multichannel sequences: email, LinkedIn automation, a built-in dialer, SMS, and WhatsApp as an add-on, with a unified inbox for the replies. It invests heavily in deliverability, with warm-up, a deliverability hub and monitoring, because an outreach tool is only as good as the share of messages that land. On the AI side it offers lemAgent, agents for intent signals, enrichment and messaging, and an MCP server and CLI for connecting it to other tools (lemlist pricing). It lists 4.6 out of 5 on G2 across 2,240 reviews.

Bizzy decides who the conversation is with. It takes Belgian company data from the official registers and covers other European countries through Creditsafe data, then adds company websites, LinkedIn profiles, job openings tracked through PredictLeads (plus VDAB vacancies in Belgium), and credit scores and limits from Creditsafe (Bizzy). Its lead generation agent takes an ideal customer profile in plain language, researches and qualifies companies continuously and delivers a prioritised list every week (Bizzy). For email sequences it relies on the tools it connects to.

Where they overlap: lead data

The overlap is finding contacts, and the two start from opposite ends. lemlist's lead database starts from people: 650 million-plus leads, an email finder and verifier, and a phone number finder. Its data add-on costs US$94 a month (US$75 yearly) for 10,000 credits, enough for 2,000 emails or 500 phone numbers, charged only on successful results, with unused credits rolling over while the subscription runs (lemlist pricing).

Bizzy starts from the company. A register lists every business whether or not anyone who works there is findable online, which matters in Europe, where 99% of the EU's 33.1 million enterprises are micro or small businesses (Eurostat). Of the 2,027,758 Belgian companies in our database, 461,329 have a website on record and 131,137 have a LinkedIn company page, so a list built from online visibility alone misses most of them. The mechanism is in why international prospecting tools miss Belgian SMEs.

If your target list is already clear, lemlist's finders are the shorter path to an email address. If the list itself is the problem, start with the register.

How they work together

Lemlist is on Bizzy's integration list as a sequencing tool, next to La Growth Machine and the CRMs (Bizzy integrations). The usual flow:

  1. Bizzy's agent builds and ranks the company list against your profile, with the signal that makes each account timely.

  2. You push the chosen companies and their decision-makers into a lemlist campaign.

  3. lemlist runs the sequence across email, LinkedIn and calls, and handles deliverability and replies.

One thing neither tool decides for you: whether you may contact a given person in a given country. Cold email and cold calling rules differ across Europe, and you are the controller for your own outreach. Our overview of cold outreach rules in Europe sets them out with sources, and cold email in the Benelux covers the practice.

Pricing

lemlist publishes its prices. The Email plan is US$69 a month, or US$55 on yearly billing, with unlimited users and senders and a monthly email volume you choose. Multichannel is US$109 per user a month, or US$87 yearly, and adds LinkedIn, SMS, calling and unlimited messages. Enterprise is quoted. Data enrichment and buying intent signals are separate add-ons. There is a 14-day free trial without a credit card and no free plan (lemlist pricing).

Bizzy does not publish prices: Core is a free start without a credit card, and Boost and Scale are on request (Bizzy pricing). If you use both, you are paying for two different jobs, not twice for the same one.

Which should you choose?

You know exactly who to contact and need to reach them at scale: lemlist.

You sell to European SMEs and mid-market companies and the hard part is the list: Bizzy.

You need both a reliable European company list and multichannel sequences: both, connected. Bizzy decides who and when, lemlist runs the outreach.

Frequently asked questions

Is lemlist a lead database or an outreach tool? Mainly an outreach tool: its plans are built around email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp sequences. It also includes a 650 million-plus lead database with email and phone finders, and sells enrichment and intent signals as data add-ons.

How much does lemlist cost? The Email plan is US$69 a month (US$55 yearly) with unlimited users; Multichannel is US$109 per user a month (US$87 yearly); Enterprise is quoted. There is a 14-day free trial and no free plan.

Does Bizzy integrate with lemlist? Yes. Bizzy pushes companies and contacts into lemlist campaigns, alongside La Growth Machine and CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Teamleader Focus.

Can I use lemlist's database instead of Bizzy? For contacts at companies you have already chosen, yes. For deciding which European companies to target, a register-based source covers the small businesses a people-first database is likely to miss. Test both on twenty of your own customers and compare how many come back with usable data.
