The challenge
Anticimex previously used Trendstop for prospect list creation. Although this provided them with lists, the team still needed to spend time reviewing relevance and qualifying leads before campaigns.
Bizzy is not used by the sales team directly. Instead, marketing, the Sales and Marketing Director, and the CSC Manager are responsible for building and preparing prospect lists that support their campaigns.
The team did not struggle with outreach, but with having enough company information to confidently choose which companies to target.
The solution
Anticimex started using Bizzy to gain better insight into companies and to improve the quality of their prospect lists.
With Bizzy, the team quickly filters companies based on specific criteria such as NACE codes and number of employees. This makes it easier to maintain overview, apply structure, and build targeted lists for email campaigns without extensive manual research.
Paulien highlights the platform’s ease of use and intuitive interface as a key advantage, together with the depth of company information available in Bizzy. According to her, the platform makes it easier to work with detailed company data without adding complexity.

Since adopting Bizzy, the biggest impact for Anticimex has been time savings.
