The short answer
lemlist has two self-serve plans. Email costs 55 dollars a month on annual billing or 69 dollars monthly, priced per workspace with unlimited users and 50,000 emails a month. Multichannel costs 87 dollars per user per month on annual billing or 109 dollars monthly, and adds LinkedIn, SMS and calling. Enterprise is quoted. Every plan includes the lemwarm warm-up tool and a 14-day free trial without a credit card. Two terms matter before you sign: lemlist's minimum annual fee "is non-cancelable and non-refundable for any reason whatsoever", and lemlist does not refund a month or year already begun. Data is hosted in France, and the terms fall under French law.

lemwarm and deliverability
lemwarm, lemlist's warm-up engine, is included on every plan and every seat. It exchanges emails across a network of real domains to build sender reputation, tracks inbox placement and pauses when a live campaign runs. It now sits in lemlist's Deliverability Hub, together with outreach settings and alerts.
Contract terms
Minimum annual fee. "Unless otherwise stated, the Minimum Annual Fee is non-cancelable and non-refundable for any reason whatsoever."
Cancellation. "You may terminate your paid plan at any time. However, please note that Lemlist will not refund any unused fees paid for a month or year already begun, even on a prorated basis."
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same basis.
Law. French law, with the Paris courts competent.
GDPR and hosting
lemlist stores data in the European Economic Area, on OVH servers in France, and acts as processor, with a data processing agreement available. You remain the controller: the legal basis for emailing someone, the information you give them and the opt-out are yours to handle.
